Welcome to 75Nasty. We are a French non-profit association (law 1901) dedicated to supporting music and independent artists. By accessing this website and placing an order, you agree to the following terms and conditions.

Products & Production

All products (apparel, vinyl records, CDs) are made to order in small quantities through print-on-demand services. We operate without stock and without mass production. Each item is produced individually after purchase via our partners:

• Printful (apparel)

• ElasticStage (vinyl records and CDs)

Because of this production model:

• Products cannot be modified once the order is placed

• All sales are final (see Returns & Refund Policy)
  

Orders & Payments

All orders must be paid in full at the time of purchase.
Once an order is placed, it enters production quickly and cannot be canceled or modified.

Shipping

Orders are fulfilled and shipped directly from the production facilities.
This means:

• Items may be shipped separately

• Delivery times may vary depending on the product and destination

• Multiple packages may be delivered for a single order

We are not responsible for delays caused by carriers or customs.

Product Representation

We strive to display product colors, designs, and details as accurately as possible.
However, slight variations may occur due to:

• Screen settings

• Printing processes

• Fabric and material characteristics

These differences do not constitute defects.

Intellectual Property

All content on this website, including designs, visuals, logos, and text, is the property of 75Nasty Production unless otherwise stated.
Any reproduction, distribution, or use without permission is strictly prohibited.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, 75Nasty Production shall not be held liable for:

• Indirect or consequential damages

• Delays in shipping

We rely on third-party providers (Printful, ElasticStage) for production and logistics.
While we carefully select our partners, we are not responsible for issues beyond our control within their operations.
