75Nasty Production is a French non-profit association (law 1901) dedicated to supporting music and independent artists. All products (apparel, vinyl records, CDs) are made to order in small quantities through print-on-demand services. We operate without stock and without mass production, in line with our independent and sustainable approach. Because of this production model, all sales are considered final.

No Returns or Refunds

We do not accept returns or offer refunds for:

• Incorrect size selection

• Change of mind

• Differences in expectations (including color, fit, fabric texture, or print rendering)

We strongly encourage you to carefully review product descriptions, sizing guides, and visuals before placing your order.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives:

• Damaged

• Defective

• Or incorrect (wrong item received)

Please contact us within 7 days of delivery at : 75nastyproduction@gmail.com

Include:

• Your order number

• A clear description of the issue

• Photos of the product

If the issue is confirmed, we will offer a replacement at no additional cost.

Production & Shipping Model

Each item is produced individually upon order via our partners:

• Printful (apparel)

• ElasticStage (vinyl records and CDs)

Orders are fulfilled and shipped directly from the production facilities.

This means:

• Items may be shipped separately

• Delivery times may vary depending on the product and location

• You may receive multiple packages for a single order

This model allows us to:

• Avoid overproduction

• Support independent artists

• Maintain a more sustainable approach

As a result, we are unable to restock or resell returned items.

Shipping & Returns

As we do not accept returns, customers are not required to send items back unless explicitly requested after review of a defective product.
